Rental bookings require advance payment to block dates.

5. Rental Terms
The customer is responsible for the safety of rented LED equipment during the rental period.
Any physical damage, water damage, power fluctuation damage, or theft will be charged to the customer.
Equipment must be returned on time in proper condition.
6. Installation & Site Responsibility
The customer must provide safe power supply, proper structure, and installation space.
Shaaabi Visual Display is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions, weather, or third-party issues.
7. Cancellation & Refund

Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has started or equipment is reserved.
8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Product warranty (if any) is provided by the manufacturer.

Return & Refund Policy

1. LED Video Wall Sales (Purchase)
✅ Eligible for Return
Products damaged during delivery
Wrong product supplied (model/specification mismatch)
Manufacturing defects (verified by our technical team)
Return Request Time:
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
❌ Not Eligible for Return
Physical damage caused after delivery
Damage due to improper handling, power fluctuation, water, or fire
Normal wear and tear
Customized or made-to-order LED video walls
Used or installed products (unless manufacturing defect)
2. Refund Process (Sales)
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made via bank transfer / original payment method
Installation charges, transportation charges, and taxes are non-refundable
3. LED Video Wall Rental Services
❌ No Refund Policy for Rentals
Advance payment is non-refundable once booking is confirmed
Cancellation within 48 hours of event date is not eligible for refund
✅ Partial Refund (Only If)
Event is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and informed more than 3 days in advance
Refund amount (if any) will be decided after deducting logistics, manpower, and preparation costs.
4. Damage During Rental Period
Any damage to LED panels, processors, cables, or accessories during the rental period will be charged to the customer
Repair or replacement cost will be calculated based on actual damage.
5. Installation & Service Issues
Minor technical issues will be resolved on-site by our team
No refund for service delays caused by:
Power issues at venue
Weather conditions
Third-party interference.
